The users group provides numerous publications and videos to help you learn how to do genealogy and family history research well. We sell our books, instructional videos, and membership online and by mail and fax. Ordering Ordering online: To order any of these items online, go to the Online Store. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Ordering by mail: Include your shipping address, telephone, and e-mail, along with information about the number of copies ordered. Send check or money order for US$13 per copy (includes shipping to U.S./Canada) or US$15.00 per copy (includes shipping to all other locations) to:
Ordering by fax: Fax the following information: Billing name, address, and telephone; shipping name, address, and telephone (if different); credit card type, number, and expiration date; number of copies ordered and price (see below).
Family History Documentation Guidelines The price of the Family History Documentation Guidelines varies according to the number of copies ordered and where the books will be shipped. Shipping costs are calculated during the online ordering process. Bookstores should contact us directly about rates and arrangementsU.S. orders are shipped Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made. Non-U.S. orders are shipped airmail. Express Mail, Global Express Mail and other express delivery options are available for rush orders. Contact us directly for details and verification. Syllabus Books The users group produces syllabus books of some of its most excellent seminar presentations. Videos Most instructional videos cost US$10 to $16 each. Note that videos utilize U.S. formats and may not be playable on equipment outside the U.S. For information about bulk orders of videos, or to inquire about DVDs of videos, contact us. Membership Membership in the group is US$15/year per household, with a modest price increase for memberships outside the U.S. (US$20 outside the U.S.) to cover the cost of mailing the PAFinder newsletter. For a limited time, you can purchase membership and a copy of the Family History Documentation Guidelines together at a reduced price. Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with the book or video, return it postage-paid to the mail order address on the return address label, and you will receive a full refund. If a product is damaged in shipment, return it, and we will send a replacement copy. If we have made an error in shipping, or if the product arrives damaged, we will include reimbursement for postage. |
